application, such as Name, Address, Social Security number,
Monthly Income, date of birth, etc.
Social Security Numbers are required on the application form.
When you enter your social security number on our form we

2. We request your authorization to receive information from a
consumer reporting agency (credit bureau). That authorization is
transmitted to a participating automobile dealer or affiliate
partner in our network, who will actually request and receive
your credit report.
3. Uses of Information – We use the information provided by you
on the application form to assist in finding financing of a
motor vehicle within our national new and used car dealer
network or one of our affiliate partners. We also use this
information to present other offers of interest that you have
not specifically opted out of.
4. Correspondence - The information you provide when
communicating in writing, by phone or online with our customer
service representatives. We do share information about our
customers, their accounts or transactions to others for their
use as described in this Privacy Policy.
5. Personally identifiable information – We share personally
identifiable information with partners as it relates to offers
and promotions where you have opted in.

Ohio Applicants:
The Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors
make credit equally available to all credit worthy customers,
and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit
histories on each individual upon request. The Ohio civil rights
commission administers compliance with this law.
Rhode Island Applicants:
A consumer report may be requested in connection with this
application.
Vermont Applicants:
By submitting my (our) application, I (we) authorize the dealer
I chose on my (our) application and its employees, agents and
potential assignees to obtain and verify information about me
(us) (including one or more credit reports, information about my
(our) employment and banking and credit relationships) that any
of them may deem necessary or appropriate in evaluating my (our)
application. If my (our) application is approved and credit is
granted, I (we) also authorize such parties to obtain additional
credit reports and other information about me (us) in connection
with reviewing the account, increasing the available credit on
the account (if applicable), taking collection on the account,
or for any other legitimate purpose.
Wisconsin Applicants:
No provision of a marital property agreement, a unilateral
statement under Wis. Rev. Stat. § 766.59 or a court decree under
Wis. Rev. Stat. § 766.70 adversely affects the interest of the
creditor unless the creditor, prior to the time the credit is
granted, is furnished a copy of the agreement, statement or
decree or has actual knowledge of the adverse provision when the
